We pride ourselves in the fact that all our products are naturally produced by mother nature. None of our products are synthetic or lab produced. We also pride ourselves in the fact that proceeds from our sales are reinvested to support the small scale miners who work day and night to extract these beautiful stones from the depth of the earth.

Our Team
Mr. Tonata Shiimi
Chairman & CEO
Our Team is headed by our Chairman Mr. Tonata Shiimi an entrepreneur with interest in various sectors. Mr. Shiimi is an avid gem stone collector and founder of The Namibian Collection ™. He authored “The Namibian Diamond Industry” a document for his Masters Thesis at Emille Woolfe College London UK while attached to the Diamond Trading Company (DTC) – De Beers Marketing and Trading Arm in 2001. Mr. Shiimi is passionate about value addition activities of African minerals on the continent.
Mr. Shiimi holds a BA degree in Communications from Wartburg College, Waverly, Iowa, United States of America. He also holds a postgraduate qualification in Marketing & Business Management – Emile Woolfe College in partnership with Oxford Brookes University in the United Kingdom.
Mr. Manfred Gomusab
Master Cutter
Mr. Gomusab is our Master Cutter with more than 20 years gemstone cutting and polishing experience. Mr. Gomusab is the Master Cutter responsible for The Namibian Collection™ and is generally regarded as one of Namibia’s finest gem cutters in the Industry. He hails from central western Namibia and area richly blessed with gemstones.
Ms. Chileen Kazombiaze
Sales & Marketing Executive
Ms. Kazombiaze is our Sales & Marketing Executive with 5years experience in the Industry. In addition to being a professional trainer of trainers, she is also a qualified gemstone cutter and stock controller with many years experience in the Industry.
Mr. Alfred Langendorf
Director: Product Development & International Relations
Mr. Langendorf is a licenced Diamond Grading Evaluator with more than 25 years of experience in the industry of precious and semi-precious stones. Mr. Langendorf heads up our International Stakeholders Desk and is a valuable resource member of our team. He is one of Namibia’s foremost experts in the gem trade.
Mr. Ichnasius Gertze
Director: Business Development
Mr. Gertze is a former law enforcement specialist with more than 27 years experience in the Namibian and African Gemstones Industry. He hails from the Erongo Region which is world renowned for producing some of the best specimen’s in the gems sector. Mr. Gertze is also a respected authority in the global gem industry.
